This is great news consider the economy and recent reports and news of some casinos cutting back staff. Hopefully growth and employment will continue.
The Coast’s gross casino revenue bounced back in October, coming out almost identical to October 2007 despite the slow economy.
The Mississippi State Tax Commission just released the figures that show the 11 Coast casinos won $96.9 million in October after taking a big hit in September from hurricanes Gustav and Ike. October 2008 figures were just $21,000 behind last year’s revenue, which was the second highest ever posted for October.

When I saw this I was a little confused, because king crabs are different than snow crab. I have been to Boomtown buffet in the past and it was snow crab so I assume it isn’t actualy king crabs. I decided to head over to the Boomtown website and found this: “Including, Boomtown’s famous Dungeness Crab – Every Friday & Saturday Night, and, All Day Sunday – Plus, Snow Crab Legs, Nightly!”
So my understanding is that they Dungeness on Friday and Saturday and snow crabs every other night. Don’t miss the Dungeness, they are amazing! Boomtown usually has pretty good prices on their buffet but I haven’t seen any coupons floating around. I will keep checking over at Biloxi Promotions.
